sounds like, if it isn't the rack or the iron maiden, it's not torture according to this crowd.

and, if quantity of information is what you're after, torture works great. however if it's the FACTS you want, torture is a terrible way to get at them.
the torture victim will tell you anything at all to get
the pain to stop.
